Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and InnoxApps (“we”, “us”), Noida, India, the maker of Sonella (“the App”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App does
Sonella is a sleep, focus and relaxation sound mixer. Layer rain, ocean, fan and nature sounds with white, pink or brown noise, set a sleep timer, and save your favourite mixes.
3. Your settings, your responsibility
- You choose and enable every setting in the App, including volumes, timers and bedtime settings.
- Please review your settings before relying on them. The App does only what you have set it up to do.
- Some features need permissions that you grant in your device's settings. If a permission is not granted, is turned off later, or is restricted by your device, the related feature may not work.
4. Not a medical device
Sonella is for relaxation, focus and comfort. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, including insomnia or tinnitus. If you have a sleep, hearing or other health problem, talk to a qualified professional.
5. Listen safely
Keep the volume at a comfortable, moderate level, especially with headphones and when listening for long periods. Do not listen to binaural beats, isochronic tones or other tones while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that needs your full attention. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder or another medical condition, ask a doctor before using binaural beats or isochronic tones.
6. Free sounds stay free
A sound that is free in the App will not later be moved behind Pro. Sounds may still be updated or replaced with a better recording, and we may remove a sound where we are required to (for example, for licensing reasons). This promise covers the sounds that are free for everyone. It does not cover the “Sound of the day”, a Pro sound that is unlocked for one day only.
7. Purchases are per platform
- Purchases made on Android work only on Android, and purchases made on iOS work only on iOS.
- Purchases cannot be transferred between platforms.
8. Subscriptions and free trials
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play or the App Store and follow their billing and refund policies. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. If you start a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. You can cancel or manage a subscription at any time in Google Play or in your App Store account. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
9. One-time purchase (“Lifetime”)
“Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to modify, limit, revoke or discontinue one-time purchase access after a minimum of four (4) years. Lifetime access includes the features and functionality available with the one-time purchase at the time of purchase. We are not obliged to provide lifetime users with new features, functionality, services or major enhancements added after the date of purchase; new features may be offered only to subscribers, new purchasers, or under separate pricing or access terms, at our discretion.
10. Changes to the App
Subject to section 6, we may change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature, including free features, without prior notice or liability, except where the law requires otherwise.
11. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms.
14. App Store users
If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, these Terms are between you and InnoxApps, not Apple, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
15. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or statutory remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the law that applies to you.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
