Common questions
Sound stops during the night. What can I do?
On Android, some phones stop apps in the background to save battery. Open Settings in the App, tap Keep sounds playing all night and follow the steps for your phone, and make sure battery optimisation is off for Sonella. On iOS, check that the sleep timer is set the way you want and that another app has not taken over the audio.
Do sounds work offline?
Yes. The starter sounds are built into the App, and every sound you play is downloaded once and then works without a connection. Generated noises (white, pink, brown and others) never need a download.
Can I play Sonella with my music or podcast?
Yes. Turn on Mix with other audio in Settings and Sonella will play underneath your other audio.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from: Google Play subscriptions or your App Store subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
I reinstalled the App or changed phones. How do I get Pro back?
Sign in to the same Google account or Apple ID you bought with and open the App; Pro is restored automatically. You can also tap Restore purchases in Settings. Purchases do not transfer between Android and iOS.
