Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and InnoxApps (“we”, “us”), Noida, India, the maker of Mild (“the App”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App does
Mild is a home-screen app (launcher) for Android. It shows a text-only home screen with the time, the date and the apps you choose, a list of all your apps with search, and optional tools that add a moment of thought before the apps you choose: a short pause, daily open limits and focus hours.
3. Your settings, your responsibility
- You choose and enable every setting in the App, including which apps get a pause, limits and focus hours.
- Some features need permissions that you grant in your phone's settings, such as usage access. If a permission is not granted, is turned off later, or is restricted by your phone, the related feature may not work.
- You can switch to another home-screen app at any time in Mild's Settings or in your phone's settings.
4. The pause is a reminder, not a block
The pause, open limits and focus hours apply when you open an app from Mild. They do not block apps: an app you chose always opens after the pause, and apps opened in other ways (for example from a notification) open directly. The App is a tool to help you use your phone more on purpose; it does not guarantee any result.
5. Emergencies
The App never adds a pause to your phone app, and emergency calling is provided by your phone, not by the App. Do not rely on the App in an emergency.
6. Subscriptions and free trials
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play and follow its billing and refund policies. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. If you start a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. You can cancel or manage a subscription at any time in Google Play. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
7. One-time purchase (“Lifetime”)
“Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to modify, limit, revoke or discontinue one-time purchase access after a minimum of four (4) years. Lifetime access includes the features and functionality available with the one-time purchase at the time of purchase. We are not obliged to provide lifetime users with new features, functionality, services or major enhancements added after the date of purchase; new features may be offered only to subscribers, new purchasers, or under separate pricing or access terms, at our discretion.
8. Changes to the App
We may change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature, including free features, without prior notice or liability, except where the law requires otherwise.
9. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms.
12. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or statutory remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the law that applies to you.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
