Mild

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

Mild (“the App”) for Android is made by InnoxApps (“we”, “us”), Noida, India. This policy explains what information the App handles, why, and what choices you have. If you have a question, write to ava@innoxapps.com.

The short version

  • There is no account and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
  • Your app choices, settings and screen time stay on your phone. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else.
  • Apart from Google Play's billing library (see Purchases), the App contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking software.
  • No ads. We do not sell or share your information.
  • Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details.

Information stored on your phone

To work, the App keeps the following on your phone only:

This information is not sent to us. Deleting the App deletes it. The App does not take part in Android's cloud backup; if you move to a new phone with Android's device-to-device transfer, your settings may be copied directly between your two phones.

Permissions and what they are used for

PermissionWhy the App asks for it
App listTo show the apps on your phone that you can open, as a home screen does. The list stays on your phone.
Usage access (optional)To show your screen time on the home screen and the screen-time page. It is read and added up on your phone, and it is never sent anywhere. You can turn it off at any time in your phone's settings.
Notifications (optional)Only if you ask to be reminded: a few reminders in the first weeks to finish setting up Mild.
Set alarmsTo open your clock app's alarms when you tap the time. The App does not create or change alarms.
InternetOnly for Google Play: to check your purchase, show prices, make purchases and show Google Play's rating card. This includes the diagnostic information Google Play's billing library sends to Google, described under Purchases. The App sends no information of its own.

Every optional permission can be withdrawn at any time in your phone's settings.

Purchases

Subscriptions, free trials and one-time purchases are processed by Google Play. Google Play tells the App only what it needs to turn on Pro — which product you bought and whether it is active — and the App checks this on your phone. Your payment details stay with Google, under the Google Privacy Policy.

To check and sell Pro, the App includes Google Play's billing library. Like other apps that sell through Google Play, this library sends Google its own diagnostic information about its billing requests, such as whether a request worked and your phone's model, Android version, language and country. Google handles this under the Google Privacy Policy. It never includes the apps on your phone, your settings, your screen time or anything you type, and we do not receive it.

Ratings

The App may show Google Play's own rating card. Anything you write there goes to Google Play, under Google's terms; the App does not see it.

If you write to us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and keep the conversation only as long as needed to help you.

What we do not do

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, the UK, India or California), you may have rights over your personal information, such as access, correction and deletion. The App does not send us personal information, so the information it handles is under your control on your phone and is removed when you delete the App. To ask a question, write to ava@innoxapps.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will also tell you in the App.
