Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and InnoxApps (“we”, “us”), Noida, India, the maker of Tomatick (“the App”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App does
Tomatick is a focus timer. Work in focused sprints with short and long breaks, track your focus time, and optionally block the apps you choose while a focus session is running. Blocked apps open again automatically during your breaks.
3. Your settings, your responsibility
- You choose and enable every setting in the App, including session lengths, block lists and strict focus.
- Please review your settings before relying on them. The App does only what you have set it up to do.
- Some features need permissions that you grant in your device's settings. If a permission is not granted, is turned off later, or is restricted by your device, the related feature may not work.
4. Limits of app blocking
Blocking works through features controlled by the operating system: usage access and display-over-other-apps on Android, and Apple's Screen Time on iOS. Its effectiveness depends on the device, its manufacturer, the operating-system version and the permissions you grant. A user may be able to change permissions or system settings, stop the App, or otherwise get around a restriction. Blocking is a tool to add helpful friction while you focus; it is not a security product and does not guarantee that every app or website will be blocked in every situation.
5. Strict focus and emergencies
Strict focus is optional. While it is on, you cannot pause or stop a focus session or edit your block list until the session ends. Emergency calling is provided by your device and is not controlled by the App; do not rely on the App in an emergency.
6. Purchases are per platform
- Purchases made on Android work only on Android, and purchases made on iOS work only on iOS.
- Purchases cannot be transferred between platforms.
7. Subscriptions and free trials
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play or the App Store and follow their billing and refund policies. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. If you start a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. You can cancel or manage a subscription at any time in Google Play or in your App Store account. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
8. One-time purchase (“Lifetime”)
“Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to modify, limit, revoke or discontinue one-time purchase access after a minimum of four (4) years. Lifetime access includes the features and functionality available with the one-time purchase at the time of purchase. We are not obliged to provide lifetime users with new features, functionality, services or major enhancements added after the date of purchase; new features may be offered only to subscribers, new purchasers, or under separate pricing or access terms, at our discretion.
9. Changes to the App
We may change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature, including free features, without prior notice or liability, except where the law requires otherwise.
10. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including restricted access to apps or websites during a session you started.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms.
13. App Store users
If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, these Terms are between you and InnoxApps, not Apple, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
14. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or statutory remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the law that applies to you.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
