XBlock

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and InnoxApps (“we”, “us”), Noida, India, the maker of XBlock (“the App”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App blocks adult websites and, for features you turn on, keywords, specific screens inside apps and whole apps you choose. It also offers optional tools such as a streak, an urge (“panic”) screen, a private log and short lessons, and optional locks that make it harder to turn protection off.

3. Your settings, your responsibility

4. Limits of blocking

No blocker can stop every piece of adult content. Blocking works through features controlled by the operating system — Android's accessibility service and Apple's Screen Time and Safari content blockers — and its effectiveness depends on the device, its manufacturer, the operating-system version, the browsers and apps you use, and the permissions you grant. On Android a user may be able to stop the App from the system settings; on iOS anyone can remove an app's Screen Time access with Face ID or the device passcode. Pictures and videos inside many apps are not covered. The App is a tool that adds friction and support; it is not a guarantee that content cannot be reached, and it is not a security product.

5. Locks and the way out

Locks are optional. If you turn one on, turning protection off requires the lock's own exit: waiting out the time delay you chose, or entering the code held by the person you chose. The time-delay exit is always available, whether or not you subscribe. We cannot remove a lock for you or tell you a partner's code. Phone calls and emergency calling are provided by your device and are never blocked by the App; do not rely on the App in an emergency.

6. Not treatment

The App's lessons and recovery tools are general, educational self-help. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice and do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line now. Recovery features are intended for adults 18 and over.

7. Purchases are per platform

8. Subscriptions and free trials

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play or the App Store and follow their billing and refund policies. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. A free trial becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. Manage or cancel at any time in Google Play or your App Store account. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

9. One-time purchase (“Lifetime”)

“Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to modify, limit, revoke or discontinue one-time purchase access after a minimum of four (4) years. Lifetime access includes the features and functionality available with the one-time purchase at the time of purchase. We are not obliged to provide lifetime users with new features, functionality, services or major enhancements added after the date of purchase; new features may be offered only to subscribers, new purchasers, or under separate pricing or access terms, at our discretion.

10. Changes to the App

We may change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature without prior notice or liability, except where the law requires otherwise.

11. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including content that was not blocked or content that was blocked by mistake.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms.

14. App Store users

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, these Terms are between you and InnoxApps, not Apple, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

15. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or statutory remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the law that applies to you.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
